From there, we’ll move...
Moving energy through dance – Shake off the stories, the stuckness, the tension. Let your body lead you.
Singing from the soul – Vocal activations to awaken your heart and voice. No perfection. Just pure expression.
Feminine Flow – Surrender into your sensuality, your rhythm, your primal feminine power.
